Pre-Study Service

Diex pre-study

Before starting a project, our preliminary sourcing study, carried out in line with your objectives, allows you to:

  • to gain initial insight into supplier conditions: prices, minimum order quantities (MOQ), delivery times, etc.
  • evaluate our method and assess its relevance for your company, and
  • to calmly decide whether you wish to continue with our support.

Our feasibility study

A first conversation, a strategic analysis, a clear guidance.

A single conversation is enough to understand your challenges and jointly assess the relevance of a tailored sourcing pre-study.

This allows you to see, before making any commitment, whether our way of working suits you and whether you wish to continue with us.

What is a preliminary study at Diex International?

This is an initial, no-obligation analysis phase that allows us to better understand your needs, constraints, and the resources required to meet them. It lays the foundation for tailor-made support.

What is the practical purpose of a preliminary study?

It serves to validate the feasibility of your project, identify levers for action, anticipate risks, estimate costs, and define a clear working method. It gives you a structured vision before you commit further, and allows us to assess the time, resources, and expertise required in order to offer billing that is consistent with your actual needs.

How long does a feasibility study take?

It depends on the project. It can take anywhere from two weeks to a month, depending on the complexity, the availability of information, and the desired level of detail. It also depends on the target country, the responsiveness of suppliers, the presence of public holidays or vacation periods, etc.

What happens after the preliminary study?

You will receive a clear summary of our research and advice from our team. We will arrange a second call to discuss the results together. If you wish to proceed with us, we will draw up a support package tailored to the services you require and the estimated cost.

What if I don't continue with you?

No worries. The preliminary study is designed to give you visibility on sourcing possibilities, as well as how we work. You are free to use it as a basis for reflection, even without immediate follow-up. We remain available if the need arises later.
